Fairly clean and little hotel!
Welcoming, outstandingly accommodating staff with smiling face. Private parking on-site provided. Not to mention good wifi! Location right by also Tokyo station, a quiet area of Ginza and subway. Also, by many train stations:)))

Y'all, that Pokémon room was a hit with the kids! They went wild over the giant Snorlax and the surprise loot bags. The staff were super nice, even helped us send our bags on ahead to our next stop. Oh, and who doesn't love a shabu shabu pot for dinner? Perfect for the last night!

The people were helpful, will exceed the expectations. The room was well-maintained and the amenities included climate control, a personal safe and a microwave oven.

The Family Apartment was spacious, but the front desk hours were a hassle.

I almost considered giving this place a good review, but sadly i couldn't. The dining table was unbelievably dangerous-who needs injury risk while on vacation? Oh, and the staff surely couldn't spare some bottled water when i arrived. After all, that's what excellent service means, right? Don't bother expecting much here, certainly not a 4-star treatment.

The hotel's staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I struggled to find dining options nearby after dark. Many places were either closed or unsuitable for children. The lack of easily accessible food made planning our evenings quite stressful.

great location but limited dining options
The family room features an excellent layout with ample storage. The convenient laundry service helped us keep everything fresh, a big plus. My children particularly loved the projector, allowing screen time with their favorite shows. And that fruit shop across the street made snacks easily accessible.
Dining options nearby were sometimes limited and difficult to find after dark, presenting some challenges.
